The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.
Petite Party Rentals’ Covid-19 preparedness and rental policies will continue to be updated in accordance with CDC guidelines.
RENTAL PRODUCT SANITATION:
- China, Glassware, Flatware & Serve-ware: Our china, flatware, glassware and serve-ware are cleaned in hot water in our dishwasher on a sanitizing cycle before immediately being wrapped and stored for future events.
- Linens: All of our returned linens are laundered with detergent and sanitized before they are dried, pressed and individually bagged. Both used and unused linens are cleaned using water temperature settings and wash cycles in accordance with FDA guidelines.
- Storage Bins: The storage bins we use to contain and carry our equipment are wiped down with disinfecting cleaner (we use Simple Green) and sanitized before they are stored for future events, in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
SAFE DELIVERIES
- Our Delivery Team is required to wear masks and gloves which will be changed after each delivery and pickup.
- Our vehicle is stocked with hand sanitizer and anti-viral spray/wipes to wipe down interior services.
- Our Delivery Team will perform contactless deliveries and drop offs to minimize person-to person contact whenever possible. For deliveries that require set up, our drivers will maintain at least 6 feet away from customers who need to offer instruction.
